Since 1939 JUKI has build sales from Japan to 180 countries around the world. As a global company, JUKI continues to take the challenge of serving their customers around the world.
After the war, JUKI converted to manufacturing household sewing machines and has expanded over the years into other businesses such as industrial sewing machines and SMT equipment.

The company enters the industrial sewing machine business.

The company’s stock is listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The business starts to develop on a full-scale global basis.
1980 - 1989 - JUKI CORPORATION - COMPANY HISTORY
The company changes its company name to JUKI CORPORATION.

Manufacturing plants are deployed overseas.

The company moves its Head Office from Chofu City to Tama City.
